We have a great opportunity to work as part of our friendly and supportive HR Case Management team dealing with a varied employee relations caseload. This successful candidate will be aligned to support our umbrella Organisation, Enjoy East Ren.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for managers requiring advice and guidance on employee relations matters; therefore we need an HR Case Advisor who will listen to our customers and provide sound and meaningful advice by contextualising policy, procedures and best practice.
The role would suit someone with extensive HR case management experience, is confident to deal with the full range of low through to high-risk employee relations matters and has up to date employment law knowledge.

Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
