We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in this key role in East Renfrewshire Council's Customer Experience Programme with the following vision: To provide a consistent, efficient customer experience designed with the user at the heart.

The successful post holder will be responsible for developing the vision for Customer applications, unified communications and related applications including deployment, ongoing development and quality of manager and employee self-service.

We need someone who can be an empowered decision maker with experience working in a customer applications environment and have skills in prioritising product backlogs in an Agile project delivery model. Knowledge of the Scottish Approach to Service Design (SAtSD) would be desirable.
