We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled professional to help manage business and budget support functions in our ELC/School establishments. The role involves assisting Business Support Managers with tasks such as reviewing, reconciling, correcting payroll/financial ledger transactions and updating systems.
Responsibilities will also include enhancing business and budget support processes and actively identifying opportunities for training and development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a business and budget support environment, coordinating activities, and handling various processes. Strong IT skills are essential, along with the ability to undertake budget monitoring and support day-to-day financial processes.
Effective communication, a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to change, and capability to work under pressure are all crucial qualities for this position. Applicants should also demonstrate good leadership skills and be willing to provide cover within different establishments when needed.
