East Renfrewshire Council\'s Community Learning and Development service is data-driven, people-centred, and outcome-focused.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, skilled, and enthusiastic Community Worker to help deliver improved outcomes for young people and close the attainment gap.
The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified in Community Learning and Development and have a proven track record of working with young people in various settings.
This role requires evening and weekend work to meet project needs.
The successful candidate will be skilled at evidencing the impact of CLD programmes on young people.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children and protected adults. Additionally, if you have lived or worked outside the UK in the past 10 years, an overseas police check may be required.
