We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service Team, working to support our Public Reception and our customer service administrative functions. In this role the main responsibility will be the first point of contact working at Giffnock Reception. Other duties will include responding to customer enquiries both face to face and via our digital channels. You will also support customer service administrative processes including administration of copy registration certificates, blue badge and National Entitlement Cards, Payments, along with other customer service support functions.
The successful applicant should be able to work on their own and as part of a Team and have a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service. Experience of dealing working in a busy reception area handling multiple enquiries is essential. Key parts of this role also include excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with a variety of council related services.
