Housing Services are looking for an enthusiastic individual to supervise the Business Support Team. The post holder will provide comprehensive business support to services across the department and be responsible for directly managing the Housing Business Support team. They will also work closely with senior officers to ensure our purchasing, contract and invoice management processes adhere to council-wide processes and procedures in relation to financial management and delivering best value.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with minimum supervision and have experience in working with managers at all levels to deliver effective business support.

Hybrid Working: Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
