We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic individual to join our business support team.
The role of Business Support Assistant will provide administrative/business support to the multi-disciplinary Learning Disability team within Barrhead Health & Care Centre. You may be asked to work across other HSCP buildings as required.
Your main duties will include answering telephone calls from the public and other professional agencies, welcoming visitors, raising and processing orders for equipment. The role also requires the processing of referrals, monitoring of email inboxes and updating key information in the HSCP case recording system. In addition other key tasks will include typing correspondence, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and photocopying,
