This is a pivotal time to join East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership as we progress an ambitious programme of system-wide transformation shaped by a clear shared vision for the future. This is an opportunity to be part of meaningful transformation, contribute your skills within a strong one-team culture, and help improve outcomes for people and communities across East Renfrewshire. You will be the key support person, providing strategic advice and briefing directly to the Chief Officer, preparing for meetings; driving a culture of excellence and customer-focused delivery; leading research and evaluation into key priorities and challenges; attending meetings as the Chief Officer’s representative; and overseeing performance, strategic planning and service evaluation across the Chief Officer’s portfolio.

Motivated and enthusiastic, you will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Corporate Management Team and elected members, demonstrating strong political awareness and the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity. As a highly effective communicator and collaborative team-player, you will shape and influence decision-making at the most senior levels, drawing on analysis and interpretation of complex information to support robust governance, challenge and continuous improvement across the HSCP.
