We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, innovative and experienced individual for our business support and leading change team, who will be key in providing comprehensive administrative support for Education Maintenance Allowance, Mainstream & Additional Support Needs School Transport, PVG Applications for volunteers in schools and Early Learning and Childcare.
The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and a track record of delivering efficient and effective administrative processes across a busy team. You will provide business support and have highly developed IT skills to work across the business support and leading change team, dealing with a variety of processes, including but not limited to Education Maintenance Allowance, School Transport and Early Learning and Childcare.
The post will require you to liaise with head teachers, parents/carers, other departments, other local authorities and various outside agencies.
Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
