We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our Health and Social Care Partnership, Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. As a Senior Alcohol and Drug Recovery Officer, you will lead and support young people and adults. You will be responsible for directly providing a range of treatment services to individuals affected by alcohol and drug use, as well as facilitating the provision of other treatment services where appropriate.
As a Senior ADRS Officer, you will have experience of providing recovery orientated systems of care (ROSC) within an integrated service. You can demonstrate experience of improving engagement of individuals with complex multiple needs who are less likely to engage with specialist ROSC services and are at most risk of developing acute illness and early death.
You will have knowledge of alcohol and drug policy, strategies and approaches, as well as public protection in relation to adults and children. You will provide a Senior ADRS Officer role within the ADRS, specifically focused on working with young people aged 16-25 and adults, linking with other services within the Health and Social Care Partnership and appropriate wider partners.
