The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.
We have an exciting, fixed term opportunity to join the Repairs Digital Transformation Project in Housing Services as a Project Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring all digital improvements delivered through the project enhance the productivity of the Housing Repairs service; improve the customer experience for Council tenants and ensure effective purchase of materials, while adhering to corporate financial and procurement requirements.
We need someone who has experience of leading and managing strategic change and complex service improvement projects, who is a systems thinker and confident and collaborative leader. Ideally the successful candidate will also have a relevant project management qualification, housing or public sector experience, good strategic awareness of the potential impact of change and confidence in challenging existing practice.
Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
