We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team to lead operations delivery and systems development for Revenues and Benefits. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders, support continuous improvement of systems and processes and comply with all relevant regulations, ensuring public service levels are met or exceeded.

We need someone who is educated to degree standard in a relevant discipline and/or has equivalent experience within Revenues and Benefits and a proven track record as a leader with the ability to lead, manage and motivate teams.

Ideally the successful post holder will also have accountancy expertise or a relevant qualification, such as Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV).
