Customer First is East Renfrewshire Council’s customer service section providing frontline Council services. We are looking for a permanent Customer Service Officer to join our team, who shares our passion for delivering excellent customer service within our busy telephony and face-to-face environments. You will have the ability to deal confidently and tactfully with people at all levels, have excellent organisational skills and be able to process information efficiently.
