We are looking for an experienced Assistant Registrar to join our Customer Service Team. Our Registration Team is part of Customer First delivering frontline services to the residents of East Renfrewshire. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering excellent Customer Service.
You should be experienced in delivering Registration of Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships. This role includes customer services and will involve all aspects of frontline customer enquiries. The successful applicant will work on a rotational basis between our Registration and Contact Centre, Service Centre and also supporting other customer service functions including e-mail, phones and face to face customer services. Experience of this would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
