The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

You will provide high quality administrative/business support to multi-disciplinary teams across Adult Services. You will be an effective communicator with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Taking statutory minutes
  • Answering telephone calls from the public and other professional agencies
  • Processing referrals
  • Monitoring email inboxes and updating key information in the HSCP case recording system
  • Typing correspondence
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and photocopying
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Any other duty required to support the service
