East Pizzas is a fast‑scaling Scottish food brand across D2C ecommerce (Shopify), B2B wholesale, retail distribution and foodservice partnerships. We’ve recently brought brand and content fully in‑house and are now looking for a senior performance specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition and scalable revenue growth. This is a commercially focused role with clear accountability and real autonomy.
Channels in Scope:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads & TikTok Shop
- LinkedIn (B2B lead generation)
What You’ll Own:
- Driving profitable revenue growth across B2C and B2B
- Improving blended ROAS and lowering CAC
- Building scalable acquisition funnels
- Structuring a strong B2B lead generation engine
- Implementing clean attribution (GA4, pixels, reporting discipline)
- Leading creative testing alongside our in‑house content lead
You’ll work directly with the Founder and have the freedom to shape channel strategy and budget allocation.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 5+ years hands‑on paid media experience
- Has managed £1m+ annual ad spend
- Has scaled Shopify ecommerce brands
- Has real TikTok performance experience
- Understands B2B lead generation
- Is commercially sharp and comfortable being measured on results
We’re ideally looking for an experienced independent operator who enjoys working closely with founders and building something long term.
