We are a busy, small animal orthopaedic specialist referral centre, based near Cambridge. We are seeking an additional enthusiastic and motivated veterinary surgeon (MRCVS) with an interest in small animal orthopaedics to join us as an Intern to work in our friendly and positive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of patient management including consultations and admissions, anaesthesia, diagnostic investigations (including CT), surgery and postoperative care.
  • You will be encouraged and supported in undertaking and publishing a scientific research study during the internship.
  • This full‑time position does not require in person out‑of‑hours or weekend work on a formal rota.

Qualifications:

  • MRCVS registration.
  • Interest in small animal orthopaedics.
  • Previous experience in small animal practice or an internship (exceptional new graduates also considered).
