We are looking for ESEL Deployment Assistants to join our team who wish to take part in working overnight shifts to deliver the instalment of Electronic Self Edge Labels (eSELs) to our food retail estate.
Experience is not essential as we will give you all the training you need, however, you will have to be Over 18, hold a full valid UK driving licence and drive your own vehicle.
Initially your contract will be on a 6-week basis; Each fit out will require us to roll out in different locations across East Anglia, so if you want to stay on, there is always the opportunity.
How does it work?
A team of colleagues will be assigned to a selected store prior to closing time. Once the store has closed and the store colleagues have left, your work will begin. It will be your job to work in your team to deliver the roll out in store working to deliver all changes prior to the store opening.

What will I be working on during the instalment?
- Clipping of plastic stripping onto shelf edge
- Clip on of Electronic Shelf Edge Labels (eSELs) onto plastic stripping
- Pairing of eSEL to product on shelf
- Ensuring eSEL matches product just scanned/on shelf across Ambient, Freezer, Fridge, Fresh Produce and Bakery, Stacks & Bins, Dark Sales (Tobacco) – across whole store
- Clearing old plastic stripping and paper SELs as go through store, collecting for recycling.
- Use of HHT (Hand-held Terminals) with App to pair product to eSEL.
- Leaving store neat and tidy and ready for opening hours.
What do I need to be able to do this?
- Candidates will be working overnight 10pm – 6am.
- Candidates must be over the age of 18.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Use of your own personal vehicle.
