Paramedic:
- Experience of dealing with people in difficult and challenging circumstances applying 'customer care' skills
- Good understanding of National Response Time standards
- Understanding of high-performance ambulance systems
- Knowledge of Health Service issues
- Experience of involvement and caring for people in a health or social care environment
EMT:
- Awareness of the role of the current Ambulance Technician
- A knowledge of the Trust
