Our Trust provides emergency and non-emergency care to patients in the east of England covering the six counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
We are seeking a dynamic, inclusive, and strategic leader to join our executive team as Chief Finance Officer (CFO). This role is essential to ensuring the financial sustainability, operational performance, and long-term success of EEAST, enabling us to continue delivering outstanding patient care.
The CFO will lead the Trust’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic investment, and operational efficiency. This role requires an empathetic, outcome-focused leader who can drive financial innovation, enhance accountability, and develop business intelligence capabilities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the health and care ecosystem to foster collaboration, maximise value for money, and ensure financial resilience.
