About the Role

We’re looking for a practical, customer‑focused Handyperson to join our Retirement Living team, supporting older residents across Nottingham City Council Housing Services. In this varied role, you will carry out a range of minor repairs and maintenance tasks that help people settle into their homes and live safely and comfortably day to day, especially where they may be unable to complete tasks themselves. You will communicate sensitively with residents, keep accurate records, and ensure all work meets health, safety and safeguarding standards.
