In this role, you’ll lead EMR’s revenue optimisation strategy, creating programs that strengthen our commercial position and deliver appealing propositions for both existing and new customers. You’ll lead a team of Revenue Management Analysts, ensuring excellent systems knowledge and driving measurable improvements in revenue performance. You’ll also develop and maintain systems to monitor revenue, track key KPIs, and communicate successes across the business.

- Drive EMR’s revenue optimisation strategy.

- Ensure customer propositions are compelling for both new and existing customers.
- Lead and inspire a team of Revenue Management Analysts.
- Foster excellent systems knowledge and data-driven decision making.
- Support continual improvement in revenue performance through coaching and guidance.

- Develop and maintain systems to monitor revenue performance.

What we need from you:
- Strong experience and understanding of Pricing and Revenue Management systems and software.
- Exceptional knowledge of Revenue Management and Pricing principles, with proven practical application.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding numerical and analytical ability, with a strong aptitude for IT systems and spreadsheet tools.
- Solid understanding of how products and market segmentation impact customer demand.
- A proactive, positive, and determined individual who works well in a team and acts as a role model.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Experience working with agencies and external suppliers.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.

EMR has a hybrid working policy which is applicable for this role. This means the role can be based at home 2-3 days per week and on site 2-3 days per week.
