We are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Team Leaders to join our rapidly growing company
As a team leader, you will be have good knowledge of soft landscape construction and leading a team with min 2 years experience in this role
*Responsibilities will include:*
* Supervising and leading a team of colleagues
* Liaising with the Office Team, Site Managers etc
* Tree and shrub planting
* Bark mulching
* Grass seeding
* Turfing
*Requirements:*
* Skilled in soft landscaping operations
* CSCS Card (valid / in date)
* Team player
* Driving license
* Ability to lead by example
* Ability to follow construction drawings and job sheets
* Experience of using landscape machinery
