Responsibilities

The Role: Charnwood Borough Council manages approximately 5,639 dwellings, 15 shops and 823 garages and you will be dealing with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management except for anti-social behaviour and income collection. This role will be carrying out new tenant visits, dealing with mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy change requests, abandoned properties, untidy gardens and other breaches of tenancy, organising and attending estate walks. Provide advice and, using the tenancy agreement along with legal powers, take a range of enforcement action where necessary.
