We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to support learning across the school and help create a positive, inclusive environment for all pupils. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers to assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons, as well as providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils who may need additional guidance.
You will help to reinforce key learning objectives, encourage pupil confidence, and contribute to classroom routines and activities. Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are essential.
