Derbyshire County Council are looking for an Enablement Support Team Lead to manage and organise effective provision of services through specific projects, specialist advice and guidance and the day-to-day co-ordination of a team. Improving outcomes through supporting and assisting the well-being of individuals.

We’re looking for colleagues who can contribute their skills and expertise working with multi-disciplinary professional teams in localities across Derbyshire. We need team members who can support us to adopt new ways of working and make sure that collaboration around those we are working with is at the heart of everything we do.
