We are on the lookout for a passionate individual who wants to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire. In this role you will lead the Refugee Resettlement team and work with a range of partner services to ensure the delivery of high-quality and effective refugee resettlement services, including advice, integration and support, to enable refugees to achieve required outcomes and live independently in the UK.
We are looking for a committed individual with strong organisation, communication and partnership working skills, experience of staff and service management, and experience of delivering refugee resettlement or related services. The position is due to become available on 1st July 2026 and end on 31st December 2026, with potential for extension to 31st March 2027. Please note – the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
