We are looking for excellent team players who are passionate about what you do. An ability to work independently and produce high quality work daily is a must. Our Trade’s team is our front line of service throughout the Borough. You will bring your experience and knowledge and add value to our already strong team. You will need to be able to carry out painting works to communal areas as well as void properties. We are looking for people who can complete all works requested to a consistently high standard and at an appropriate speed, using their own specialist knowledge and experience to establish and maintain best practice in areas of work undertaken by the Property Services Department.
Key requirements for this role are:
- Recent and relevant experience in building maintenance.
- City & Guilds, NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Able to carry your relevant trade plus associated multi-skill requirements to a consistently high standard and at an appropriate speed.
- Valid Full Driving License.
