We are currently recruiting for a Full time Administrator to work within the Capital Projects team. The successful candidate will assist the team in providing effective administration support maintaining our Housing asset database, along with general office duties.
Key Requirements:- Good organisational and communication skills, in both written and oral
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Previous experience of scheduling appointments on a planned programme
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload
- Knowledge or understanding of building terminology and property attributes
- Previous experience of minute taking, including managing agendas, collating and distributing minutes along with booking venues and scheduling meetings
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel (medium to advance level)
As a key member of the Capital Projects team there will be liaison with external contractors, clients and other key parties to deliver the Capital Major works programmes.
