About Us: Rushcliffe Borough Council provides high quality services to more than 110,000 residents in a borough made up of vibrant towns and stunning villages. Our Council offices are located in West Bridgford, Nottingham in a purpose built office and leisure centre facility, Rushcliffe Arena.

The Role: Leading on the administration of the Council’s complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and wider engagement and consultation activity, you will be expected to uphold and enhance its reputation, responding to residents’ and customers’ queries. You will be working at the heart of the organisation supporting all departments with requests whilst being responsible for external engagement with communities and stakeholders and internally with Council teams. You will also be a self-starter and have or gain an understanding to add value to the Council’s performance, reputation, customer services and communications teams. We are looking for someone who is flexible, a strong communicator and capable of dealing with a busy and challenging workload. There is an expectation that you will work from our offices at Rushcliffe Arena on average 2 days a week.
