We are on the lookout for a passionate individual who wants to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire. The Council is recruiting for a Housing Development Manager. Although this is a full time role, part time and job share will be considered.

In this role you will lead on the delivery of the housing strategy and housing development service, to increase and improve the supply of council and other affordable housing within the borough. We are looking for a committed individual with strong organisation, communication and partnership working skills, experience of staff, service and budget management, and experience of delivering housing development / housing enablement services.
