Charwood Borough Council is looking for a proactive and customerâfocused individual to join our Customer Experience service as a Customer Experience Support Officer.
The Role
You will help ensure a smooth and efficient service by supporting a range of administrative and customerâfacing tasks. The post involves undertaking a range of administrative and customerâfocused duties across the Customer Experience service to help deliver an excellent experience for residents. You will assist with processing work related to revenues and benefits, maintain accurate customer records, and respond to enquiries from both customers and colleagues. The role also includes supporting the development of training materials and contributing to continuous improvement across the service. A key part of the job is ensuring that all customer records are accurate, and data is stored correctly within the document management and customer relationship systems.
