The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Property legal team. You will provide support to our team of Property lawyers in connection with all commercial property transactions and matters.

This is an exciting time to join our recently reviewed and expanding legal team, giving you the opportunity to really make this role your own and have a strong influence on how we deliver our services. We are looking for inspired and proactive people who are committed to new ways of thinking and working and who have the transferable skills to be an asset to this ambitious and dynamic team.

The role is part time (18.5 hours per week) and the working pattern can be agreed with the Line Manager on appointment. The team adopts an agile working policy with flexible working arrangements which includes access to a range of bases as well as remote or home working. The team are very approachable and have developed very strong and resilient arrangements for communication and support.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Joining a friendly, dedicated and supportive team in Legal Services, you’ll be committed to working efficiently to deliver timely accurate and effective advice.
  • You will have a good understanding of Property law.
  • You will support the Property team by undertaking research, drafting and collating documents and undertaking preparatory works to advise departments in respect of property matters.

What skills and experience do you need to have:

  • Experience of property law matters.
  • Experience of drafting legal documents.
  • The ability to give clear and accurate legal advice.
  • You will need to be proficient in using IT software, and have good organisational, motivational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the continued delivery of an efficient and effective service by the legal department.
