Working as part of the catering team at Lea Green to undertake general kitchen duties, food preparation and service for a variety of meals, including special events, the post holder will have the responsibility for managing our busy kitchen, including health and safety, food hygiene and team leadership, during their shifts. The hours will be varied, and will include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
- Basic food hygiene certificate (required).
- NVQ II in Catering or equivalent (ideally).
- Relevant catering experience with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to adapt menus and/or prepare individual dishes due to supply issues and to meet individual dietary requirements; strong focus on presentation and customer service.
