If you have the knowledge, experience and aptitude to work within a friendly fast‐paced Housing Solutions Team providing an administrative function, then joining our team could be your next career move.
An ability to deal with customers both face‐to‐face, over the telephone and by email is essential. You will need to be able to provide an efficient and high standard of administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting in the processing of Housing Register Applications carried out by applicants and following our internal policies accordingly.
- Dealing with all enquiries relating to the letting, termination and repair of the Council's garage stock.
