The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for an inspirational, innovative, resilient, hardworking and motivated leader. A team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, who brings creativity, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of high‑quality early years pedagogy. A forward‑thinking teacher and leader who sets, models and maintains the highest standards of pupil achievement, and who is committed to securing exceptional outcomes for all children.
A leader who will embrace the challenge of using their passion and expertise for Early Years to drive excellence across our two infant schools, ensuring that every child experiences a rich, ambitious and well‑sequenced curriculum that reflects the very best education for all children.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your leadership journey within a nurturing and supportive senior leadership team who will offer mentoring, coaching and access to further leadership development through NPQs. You will be an integral part of the senior leadership team.
As part of the Flying High Partnership, you will benefit from access to EYFS networks, high‑quality professional dialogue, and the expertise of Lead Teachers for EYFS for mentoring and support. This will enable you to strengthen and refine the Early Years phase, ensuring it continues to grow from strength to strength and delivers exceptional outcomes for our children.
