Are you looking for a diverse role where you will use your interpersonal skills to work with tenants and other agencies to manage tenancies? Are you highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work within a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you.

The Role: Charnwood Borough Council manage approximately 5639 dwellings, 15 shops and 823 garages. You will be dealing with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management except for anti-social behaviour and Income collection. This role will involve carrying out new tenant visits, dealing with mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy change requests, abandoned properties, untidy gardens and other breaches of tenancy, organising and attending estate walks.

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to provide advice, and using the tenancy agreement along with legal powers, take a range of enforcement action where necessary.
