An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Derbyshire Catering Service, recognised for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service across our schools. As Catering Supervisor, you will lead the kitchen team and manage all aspects of daily operations, from preparing and cooking meals to ensuring excellent service and maintaining strict food hygiene and health & safety standards. You will also handle essential administrative tasks using a digital management system. We aim to create positive lunchtime experiences for pupils in a safe and welcoming environment, so a professional and friendly approach is essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- You should ideally hold NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or have equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.
