About the Role

  • Coordinate and deliver a high-quality Careers Education, information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, ensuring all students are prepared for post-16 pathways and future employment.
  • Support compliance with CEIAG statutory requirements (Gatsby Benchmarks, Baker Clause, CDI Framework).
  • Organise careers events, employer engagement, and the KS4 Work Experience programme.
  • Maintain partnerships with FE, HE, training providers, employers and the D2N2 Enterprise.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident in managing a busy workload. Previous experience in education is helpful, but not essential; we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills from other sectors. Most importantly, you’ll share our values of Respectful, Responsible and Ready to Achieve, and bring a positive, proactive approach to everything you do.
