Your Role Will Involve:
- Delivering personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Supporting individuals with health‐related tasks in line with care plans and guidance
- Completing records and care documentation accurately and on time
- Providing companionship, person‐centred activities, and emotional support
- Observing individuals closely and reporting any changes in needs or wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, health professionals, families, and external agencies
- Maintaining high standards of dignity, respect, safety, and confidentiality at all times
This role is essential in promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for the people we support, including individuals living with dementia.
