Bramley Vale Primary and Nursery School have a wonderful opportunity for a motivated and hard-working person to take on the role of After School Wrap Around Assistant. If you are interested in assisting with our club and providing our children with a healthy, active, safe and fun-filled programme, then please apply. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people and must be a team player. Applicants need to uphold the school’s motto ‘Every Child, Every Day’ and have the initiative, experience and skills to engage children in a range of activities.
Role and responsibilities
Bramley Vale Primary and Nursery have a bespoke room for Wrap Around provision and the service is well used by our families. Numbers of children require additional staff at times and the successful candidate would need to direct and support these staff members. Owing to the need to prepare food and also cook with children, knowledge of food hygiene regulations would be an advantage. A friendly and positive attitude is essential.
Hours, pattern and environment
The working pattern will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 3.30pm and 5.00pm for 1 hour and 30 minutes per day, as and when required. Holidays must be taken out of school term time.
