Castle Donington College is an 11-16 school with around 700 pupils in role across five-year groups (Years 7 to 11). The College is situated on the north-west edge of Leicestershire, close to the M1 and A50.

Main Responsibilities

  • As an expert practitioner, to make the education of pupils your first concern.
  • To be accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct.
  • Teachers at the College act with honesty, integrity and work in the best interests of the pupils at all times.
  • We welcome submissions from ECTs as well as more experienced teachers and are particularly interested in applicants who have an interest in delivering a second subject of either Media Studies (at GCSE) or Music (at KS3).
  • Part-time applicants (0.8 FTE) are welcomed, as well as candidates seeking full-time employment.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
