The Ripley Academy, part of East Midlands Education Trust, invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant to support the SEND department from September 2026.
The role is 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks (term time only) and requires a proactive, reliable approach to helping pupils reach their potential.
The successful candidate will work with students and staff, uphold safeguarding commitments, and complete checks as required.
