Responsibilities
- Oversee HR leadership functions and staff welfare
- Manage operational aspects of the school
- Administer administrative duties and ensure compliance
- Provide strategic support to senior leaders
- Work closely with the Executive Headteacher and Head of School
- Lead key systems and manage a dedicated office team
Requirements
- Experience in HR leadership, operational management, or equivalent
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full enhanced DBS check (including online searches) will be required
