Blidworth Oaks, Lake View and Heathlands Primary Schools are looking to recruit a Lunchtime Assistant to join their friendly staff team. This role is term time only and required to start as soon as possible.
- 1x vacancy at Blidworth Oaks Primary (permanent contract)
- 1x vacancy at Lake View Primary (permanent contract)
- 1x vacancy to cover all three schools (relief contract)
Working hours will be required Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10:30am - 1:30pm (1.75 hours per shift worked). A patient, organised person is needed for lunchtime assistance and supervision at our friendly schools.
The role involves:
- Supporting the Head Cook with general kitchen duties and basic food preparation
- Supervising the children at lunch, ensuring they eat well and that their eating area is kept clean and tidy
- Supervising and supporting the children outdoors within our grounds and encouraging them to play appropriate games
- Other related duties
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young children, be motivated, well-organised, hard-working, have good behaviour management skills, and be willing to undertake any training that is required.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check, and must be eligible to work in the UK.
