Key Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of SEND and Safeguarding across the school.
- Line-manage the school’s SENDCO (designated teacher for LAC and post-LAC students) and Student Support Manager.
- Collaborate with the Head of Personal Development & Social Sciences to ensure high-quality personal development provision.
- Contribute to the senior leadership team, working with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and other Assistant Headteachers to deliver the school’s vision.

- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to meet the person specification for the role.
- Demonstrated experience and leadership in inclusion, safeguarding or equivalent.
