South Wolds is a high attaining, semi‑rural, popular school located in the village of Keyworth in Nottinghamshire which is only 6 miles from West Bridgford. We are also a founding partner of the East Midlands Education Trust, committed to providing a first class education for all of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver sessions for students working below age‑related expectations.
  • Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions for our most vulnerable learners.
  • Work as part of the SEN Team, led by a SENCo and Inclusion Manager.
  • Support inclusive teaching and ensure all students achieve to their highest potential.
  • Demonstrate time‑management skills, patience, good work ethic, sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must meet the requirements of the person specification and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Applicants will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
  • The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Safeguarding checks will be undertaken during the recruitment process.
