Job Summary

Permanent, term‑time only (41 weeks). 37 hours per week. 1 September 2026 start. Salary scale SO2 26‑28 (FTE £37,280‑£39,152), actual hourly salary £34,105.41‑£35,818.

About the School

South Wolds is a high‑attaining, semi‑rural school in Keyworth, Nottinghamshire, 6 miles from West Bridgford. It is a founding partner of the East Midlands Education Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and manage all school data systems.
  • Ensure student information, assessment data and statutory returns are accurate, timely and effectively utilised.
  • Analyse and report on student progress and attainment.
  • Maintain core school systems and support the academy’s assessment and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory data requirements.

Required Qualifications and Conditions

  • Full DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience as a Data Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior and middle leaders.
