Position Overview

Science Teacher (Full‑time, Permanent) at Limehurst Academy. Starting date: 24 August 2026. Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 (M1 – UPS3).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Science to the full age and ability range, including GCSE Separate and Combined Sciences.
  • Act as a form tutor.
  • Work collaboratively within the eight‑person Science department led by the Head of Science.
  • Plan, assess, and provide high quality learning experiences that promote student responsibility and independence.
  • Support students with special educational needs and help them achieve their potential.
