We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Arts Technician to support our thriving Art, Drama and Music departments, helping to ensure that all students enjoy learning, develop their creativity and make excellent progress.

About the Role

As Arts Technician, you will work closely with our talented Art, Drama and Music staff to support the delivery of engaging and high-quality lessons. You will help prepare resources and equipment, maintain specialist areas, and contribute to creating stimulating learning environments that encourage students to develop their creativity and confidence. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work across three vibrant curriculum areas and make a real difference to young people's educational experiences.

  • Is enthusiastic, proactive and able to work flexibly to support the needs of the department.

  • Is committed to helping young people succeed and flourish.

The post would suit an experienced Arts Technician, but we would also welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about making a difference and keen to develop their skills. If you are the right fit, we will provide the support and guidance needed to ensure you are successful in the role.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
